These terms and conditions apply to Galista’s Web site located at and all associated Web sites linked to by its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.


Product Availability

All of our jewelry is either manufactured or hand-picked by us. If you are interested in a piece that is currently sold out, please connect with us on WhatsApp and we can tell you if and when the item will be available or can be made to order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to connect with us.

Information on our Site

At GALISTA, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we try to provide the measurement of each piece based on our specifications.


Return/Exchange Policy:

GALISTA is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of our products and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. We have a strict no refund/return/exchange policy.

If the product gets damaged in transit, it will be exchanged, after inspection. Indication of the same has to be given to GALISTA within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Post that, no requests will be considered.

Final decision related to any exchange will be of GALISTA.

The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. Exchange shipping costs to be incurred by the client.

GALISTA is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging.

Please mail the package to us and confirm that both parties name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

GALISTA will process your exchange upon receipt of the old package once we confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the return period.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Partner:
All of our shipments will be delivered using our shipping partners.

Handling Time:
For items that are ready in stock, we will need 1 to 2 working days to process your order. Shipping/transit will take 2 to 7 working days depending on your location in India.

All custom orders will be shipped the following day your order is made and completed.

All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon delivery. No other exceptions allowed.


Once your parcel has been collected and scanned from us, you will receive an email/message notification.



Precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. Hence, we do not offer any warranty on our products. A little care from your end, will help in the long run to maintain the jewelry and also long-lasting shine and polish.

Best to avoid regular soap water contact and no chemical contact.
