  • How much is the shipping / courier charge?
    The ordered goods are shipped by us via our courier partner. We offer free shipping on all our prepaid order. COD option is also available.
  • What payment methods does we accept?
    We accept all modes of payment – Debit Card, Credit Card, Paytm, Google Pay, UPI, Bank Transfer, Neft, IMPS, COD, PhonePe.
  • Can I order over the phone?

  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Unfortunately, once check out is complete and your order has been confirmed we are unable to make any amendments.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Our team cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, however if you have just placed your order you can contact our Support Team on whatsapp us and we will assist as best we can.
  • How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
    Once your parcel has been collected and scanned, you will receive an email notification.
  • My item(s) is wrong or damaged.
    Ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item or your item is damaged, please contact our Support Team by clicking on the link below. Opening video of the parcel is a must. We will get back to you on case to case basis.
  • My online order hasn’t arrived yet.
